When is the new program starting?
Henry, Inc.'s JetLanes™ is working with existing Registered traveler partners and airports to restart the program as soon as possible. We anticipate starting JetLanes™ service in the second half 2010.
What will happen with my old membership?
Original Registered traveler members who join the new JetLanes™ Registered traveler program will be eligible for valuable discounts when they enroll in our soon to be announced program.
Will I have to re-enroll?
Yes.
Should I keep my card?
Yes. It is a good idea for all existing Registered traveler members to keep their cards. This will make it even easier for you to restart your Registered traveler membership, but it is by no means required.
What is happening to my data?
Existing Registered traveler data continues to be stored in a secured database in accordance with US Transportation Security Administration regulations. Registered traveler members may choose to have their personal information destroyed by their former service provider. Or continued to be saved for transfer to JetLanes™.
